Site Visits
On-site visits help to get a feel for the space in question. There are no fees for the first visit as it’s part of the exploratory phase. When conducting site visits the sales team and installations team members will asses for cabling options, power requirements, wifi/data coverage, general installation challenges, incoming services supply, over all design feel and many other topics. Depending on the design stage, and services requested they may be checking on the site as part of a design management service that is often overlooked by others. Notes are taken and reviewed to progress the proposed fit out to the next phase. Contractor liason is crucial to any project and we strive to be open and communicative to all other related trades for job site and build continuity. Often a quick visit to site can catch crucial elements before they become issues saving the client the expense and delays caused by misunderstood installation requirements specific to your project.

Integration Reports
Billed by the hour, this is a detailed report of the integration details of your automation system with third party sub systems. This is a critical exploratory stage in large scale automation projects when several sub systems being supplied by several different contractors. This service will ensure that you are getting exactly the control and integration levels you are expecting by clarifying system integration details and drawing attention to any incompatible systems clients might be expecting to be flawlessly integrated within their chosen control and automation platforms. The truth is that several systems often conflict in their control levels due several factors including new product releases not having integration drivers developed yet amongst others. With this service you can count on knowing exactly what you are getting from each system and it’s ability to integrate within your chosen automation and control platform. This exploratory report(s) require several meeting and email exchanges with other contractors to define the full details as well as time to draft into a comprehensive report. This service is billable by the hour and used when applicable to largely complex accounts.
I/O Schedules and Remote Programming
With proper design of a system, these two items go hand in hand. With an I/O schedule developed for your system, which is essentially an “as built” road map to your AV and automation system and the related subsystems, and the advancement in control system technology, remote programming is now possible which alleviates the need for a technician to come to site saving you valuable personal time and costs of “truck roll outs” to site. Want to add an Apple TV but figure the time and efforts to have it programmed into your control system was too much? This is an issue of the past! With remote programming options to both Savant and Control4 platforms, we can make changes to the system without ever having to coordinate the on site service technician’s visit to the property and and saving the client it’s associated costing.
